Application Of A Executive Dashboard - 1387 Words
We live in a world that is overflowing with data. Our company has to face competition from emerging new rivals constantly. Under these circumstances, dashboards provide a rapid understanding of business performance by monitoring the critical business data in an easy-to-understand manner. But what executives want is more than Dashboard, they want something is more visible and more effective to increase their decision. That why we build Executive Dashboard. An Executive Dashboard is a visual representation. It just needs a basic overview of every metrics, because most executives donââ¬â¢t need to know the specifics about what pages get the most visitors and how long those visitors stay on the site. What they should care about is how many visitors came to the site, where they came from, how many of them were new, and what area of the world they live in. In generally, an Executive Dashboard should contain metrics like Site Usage, New vs. Returning, Map Overlay, all Traffic Sources and Visitors Overview. Such as the Figure 1. Figure 1.
