Counselor Interview On Tuesday September 11 2012, I had the fortune to interview Mrs. Gloria Williams ab come forward her life as an simple-minded civilize counsellor. Mrs. Williams has been a counselor for eight years only when at Barton Chapel Elementary. She has a Masters distributor point in Counseling from Augusta State University. She expressed to me that she became a counselor because of the lack of dedication and motivational individuals in the centering field, in particular in the shallow systems. She said that she ordinarily tries to get down to the root of the problem before she can asses the issue and resolve it to the best of her abilities. She pointed out that she might constitute a meeting with the teacher and the student, upon his/her authority from the parent, and she will as well as have meetings with the student and their parents to come up with a send off for success. Mrs. Williams is also in charge of administering standardized tests in the schools. Mrs. Williams goes to sundry(a) workshops to continue her training.
